Datasky College handles personal data responsibly and in line with applicable Tanzanian data protection law, including the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022. This notice explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.

Identity and contact details submitted through enquiry and application forms; academic records and identification documents provided during admission; and records needed to administer enrolment, fees and awards.

We process personal data to respond to enquiries, process applications, administer enrolment and fees, maintain academic records, and meet legal and regulatory obligations as a registered training institution.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, ask for inaccurate data to be corrected, object to certain processing, or request deletion where the data is no longer required. Requests can be made through the contact page.

Personal data is accessed only by staff who need it for their duties, stored for no longer than necessary, and protected against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
